As an Air Canada Prestige member, you’ll receive Air Canada Top Tier
System-Wide Upgrade Certiicates so you can enjoy the comfort of business Class
or the luxury of the Executive First service.
Air Canada System-Wide Upgrade Certiicates are valid for:
An upgrade from economy class to Executive Class or Executive First;
Travel on the Air Canada system-wide network;
Travel on scheduled lights operated by Air Canada or Jazz;
Travel until February 28, 2011;
Flights with an eligible fare option/booking class.
Upgrade requests are permitted prior to each light departure as per the following:
Eligible Booking Classes Latitude Y, B Upgrade Request Anytime
Tango Plus M, U fare code
Super Elite – Within 7 days
only Elite – Within 4 days
Prestige – Within 2 days

At check-in
Present your conirmed ticket, boarding pass and this certiicate along with your valid Air Canada Super Elite, Elite or Prestige card to the agent at airport check-in or at the boarding gate.

Standby upgrade requests at the airport are permitted for Star Alliance codeshare lights when operated by Air Canada. For last-minute airport standby upgrades, we will do our utmost, but cannot guarantee to provide you with Executive Class/Executive First meal service (where offered).


Validity/Transferability
Valid for a one-way upgrade from origin to destination (including connections)
to Executive Class(R) or Executive First(R) (when available).
Valid on all scheduled lights operated by Air Canada or Jazz(R).
Non transferable. Can be used by the Air Canada Super Elite(R), Elite(R) or Prestige(R) member whose name
and Aeroplan number appear on the certiicate or by one travelling companion who must travel on the same light as the member designated on the certiicate; only one companion is permitted per member per light. The member and the travelling companion must each present a certiicate.
Flight reservation change restrictions apply as per original fare option/booking class. Not valid on Air Canada codeshare lights operated by other airlines and charter lights.
Not valid with reward travel tickets, promotional pass travel, or travel industry discount fares. Eligible mile accumulation applies as per original fare option/booking class purchased.
