The SATS Premier Club Lounges are located at:
• Terminal 1 3rd Level, Departure Transit Hall (#031-67)
• Terminal 2 3rd Level, Departure Transit Hall (#036-114)
• Terminal 3 3rd Level, Departure Transit Hall (#03-MS-04)
The Rainforest by SATS is located at:
• Terminal 1 3rd Level, Departure Transit Hall, West Wing (#034-06, near gate C1)
The SATS Premier Club lounges offer comfortable lounge seating with free refreshments including alcoholic beverages, international newspapers and magazines, shower facilities, private rest booths with massage chairs, workstations with broadband and wireless internet access, cable television, etc.
The Rainforest by SATS lounge offers comfortable lounge seating with free food and non-alcoholic beverages, free wireless internet, the latest magazines and newspapers and shower facilities. Diners Club card members can also enjoy other services* such as jacuzzi, massage and beauty services, sports bar counter, slumberette with full-sized beds, etc.
The amenities offered may change from time to time.
Please present your valid boarding pass, passport and Diners Club Card upon entry. Cardmembers without any one of these documents who wish to access the lounge may do so by paying the prevailing lounge rates.
All the lounges operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, except the SATS Premier Club at Terminal 2, which operates from
5.00 am to 1.30am daily.
Is there a time limit for staying in the lounge?
A. You can stay up to 4 hours each time you visit the lounge. If you exceed this period, you will then be required to pay the
prevailing lounge rates.
Q. Can I visit the other lounges within this 4-hour lounge usage period?
A. Yes, but the Cardmember entry charge of S$30 plus tax will be automatically billed to the cardholder’s Diners Club card account.
Q. Are there entry charges for children?
A. There is no entry charge for children below 2 years at the SATS Premier Club Lounges; and for children below 6 years at
Rainforest by SATS. Children below 12 years enjoy 50% discount off admission to Rainforest by SATS.
